Development of Nano Additive Prototype
To ensure quality and simplify the pulp manufacturing process, an eco-friendly functional additive was developed that enhances performance through chemical bonding within the pulp matrix. This additive exhibits its functionality through a polymeric chain structure formed via colloidization based on PVAc.
As a result, the new process is expected to enhance competitiveness by improving quality, streamlining the manufacturing process, and reducing costs compared to conventional methods.

Our designers and engineers begin with an in-depth brainstorming session, discussing product characteristics, logistics efficiency, cost, and premium design direction.
Ideas generated from this stage move into the design phase based on the client’s decision. The completed tray structure is verified through computer simulations to ensure structural stability and compatibility. Any issues or errors not identified during simulation are refined through sample production and inspection, leading to the creation of the final sample.
After completing all quality verifications, the final package is delivered to the client. Throughout every stage, in2eP&T prioritizes accuracy, perfection, and customer satisfaction.
